I don't have to be an expert to know that 6 for 22, in what should be your best game of the season, is terrible.

Most players in the NFL would love a 5 year career. Considering the average career is a smidge over 3.

what we are seeing is all of the "willing his team to win", "he just wins", "he rally's the troops", and all that crap is a bag of stupid.

gimmicks just don't work in the nfl. wether its odd formations, running the option, the wildcat, or whatever else is thrown out there.

defenses are so quick to adapt to them that they can only be used sparsely. they'll be shopping for a qb too this offseason.

This is why you don't be a person of the moment. If Tebow were a stock, many people would be broke right now.

Did you guys watch the game? Denver's coaching staff gave that team no chance to win. The play calling was just to eat the clock. Nothing more. The bottom line is that Denver doesnt have a good team. It's way deeper than Tebow.

have you watched any denver game? this is all they've done since he took the helm. run until 5 minutes left then throw if they have to. teams played off the ball in the secondary and allowed them to move the ball, giving them opportunities. when this was working the coaches were geniusly working with what they had. KC still blitzed and tebow looked like he'd never stepped foot on a football field before. just run backwards like you are being chased by dogs. i'm pretty sure the coaches aren't telling him to do that.

john fox is like #3 in wins over the last 10 years or something, i think he's probably an ok football coach.

The point is that Fox and Elway never wanted Tebow to succeed. He was never in their plans until he won some games and the fans started piling on the bandwagon. I'm not saying Fox is a bad coach, I'm saying he isnt giving Tebow a fair shot. I'm sure he is just following orders from Elway.

how is he not giving him a fair shot, he's started 11 games this season and has thrown the ball 200 times more than he should of. where do people come up with this. once again, they win, coaching staff are geniuses! lose, STUPID COACHES!

oh no. i'll follow through with that. i do love how all these tebow fans think he sacked roethlisberger or how he caught his own pass and ran 70 yards. definitely didn't have anything to do with his defense or receivers!!!

Waiting for Steeler apologists in 5.4.3.....

Tebow had a good day. Great day for him! Defense looked gassed in 4th. The ride may end next weekend but it has been fun. One thing is for sure Broncos games are not boring!

the steelers secondary is rarely...well....in the secondary, they rely so heavily on getting pressure on the qb. they either couldn't or when they closed in he alluded them. he played well enough to put up legit points against a legit defense for the first time. kudos to him.

He had to overcome several bad calls ... like the lateral which was ruled a forward pass and blown dead deep in Pit's end. He had to recover from Willis McGahee fumble while in FG range, which would have put it out of reach. He had to win it with his arm cause his running backs were shut down completely.

How many yards did he pass for today ....60? or 70? Tebow won this one almost by himself, his team mates would tell you the same thing.

Okay, hold on. Tebow had a good game and that's one thing. But he won this by himself?? He didn't complete even 50% of his passes. He couldn't hold on to the ball in the final minutes to prevent a Pittsburgh TD. Not to mention, he did all of this against a really banged up defense. Second of all, I watched the game and the refs were fine. I know that Tebow fans have already created this excuse for his future embarrassment next week but the refs were fine today. That pass was a fumble but because of the whistle they couldn't overturn the call. Once the whistle is blown, the play is dead and anything beyond the whistle can't be accounted for. So, although the pass was technically a fumble, they couldn't overturn it.

Secondly, Tebow had like 3 deep passes. The rest were short passes and then the receiver did the rest of the work. It isn't like Tebow was throwing 30 yarders through coverage. Also, I'm pretty sure his defense came up with that big stop at the end of the game. Tebow did play well tonight so, I'm not trying to discredit what he did. However, to say that he won this game is foolish.

Just to address the officials. The SJ should have known it was a backward pass and not blown the play did. He missed a big call and am sure his phone is going to ring with a BIGGER call.

dude his defense once again put up a solid showing. you are like on the complete opposite side of absurdity as cjsweat. you guys cancel each other out.

the bad calls went both ways, i don't see how deckers ball wasn't a catch and a fumble, the ball was moving before the ground was in play.
