I believe that is a storage area. The fields on the left are practice fields for the men's soccer team.

I had the opportunity to attend the first women’s game in the new tennis center a few weeks back (in the middle of an ice storm

). It’s a very nice facility. Not a lot of spectator space, but college tennis isn’t really a spectator sport anyway.
