While everybody was going on and on about football and basketball, Alicia Finnigan from the swim team quietly logged the highest ever finish for a Liberty swimmer at a USA Swimming National event when she finished tied for second in the B-Final of the 200 Fly at the Phillips 66 US National Championships in Indianapolis. She became the second swimmer to make the finals and first to make the finals at Nationals.
