He doesn't seem to be as good or sharp as he was last season. But that said, our receivers dropped as many or more catchable passes than the cans of corn that Woodrum threw. He can't blame anyone else for the fumbles though. They were worth a possible 14 point swing.
Woodrum's not passing the ball like he should be. Most of the time, he's throwing it at them and forcing the ball. If that's not happening, he's just flat out missing guys who are open. Not many cans of corn for the receivers to catch....

The bottom line is that we've been here before and the same thing happens. Big win=big letdown. If we had been competitive but lost, people wouldn't be as nearly as upset. We weren't ready to play from the opening kickoff (in God's name, I have no idea why not) and got embarrassed. If we want national respect, these games can't happen any more.

We'll be better though. Let's just hope we don't have another let down against GWU after we beat teh GSU Puddy-tats in the EmptyDome this weekend.
Our OL and DL need to play better. OL is bad on many levels. DL was supposed to be a strength of this year's team and they got manhandled.
STs will lose us a game, if they aren't corrected immediately. One bright spot is that the returns are much better. Parker hasn't been a gamebreaker yet, but he hasn't hurt us either.
GSU will be a tough game, just like I said before the season. If we play against them like we played against DSU and SIU, we definitely will lose the game and possibly be embarrassed again.
