My biggest fault with Josh is he is inconsistent on the plays that could be game changers. He will always put up good numbers because he's the definition of a QB who won't hurt you. We just need him to be a playmaker more often.

I think our coaches have called a really good game on both sides of the ball. Our players haven't executed, and a lot of that is because of all the inexperience we have. That's why I say we aren't the 13th best team in the country right now. We may be by Thanksgiving, but we've got a ways to go to get there.
