In the fish wrap, Jimmy basically admits his man crush on sigmo.

Ronnie, keep an eye on Jimmy when he comes to town to visit.

I hope they don't do the rotating junk this year like they have in the past. If you need a breather that's understandable but the set number of snaps then switch out is crazy. Kinda hard to keep your mojo going like that, saw all 3 that they rotated last year at different times make a big play and be fired up only to get pulled out. The LB at Coastal that won BSC DPOY for at least 3 years never came off the field. I know that's how they roll and they do it with the DL as well but I can't figure it out.

LB from Coastal was'nt half as big as our LB's on our roster like 5'9-5'10 ish which is why he is transitioning to safety for the "league". I can understand rotating, but in crunch time I want my best 11 on the field.

PAmedic wrote:Jimmy Freakin' O'Grady at 3:04 mark

thats how you hit somebody in the mouth

that would be a 225 lb RB going BACKWARDS after a goal line plunge

I really really like this kid: a SIGMON protege'

If he is ISO with the back, wondering why he took his read step to the right, to have to fight off a block to only come back to where he originally was in the first place. It was a good hit AFTER the TD not before. Not the LA leap or anything. Tell me if I saw it wrong. But I like the fact that there is another big body that is manning the middle.

Thanks. That spot was one I had my eye on pretty much from the moment the season ended based on DJ's performance last year

The running backs article says something like, this might be the most talented running back group ever at LU. Hold your horses man, the starting running back for the New York Football Giants, and 3rd stringer Samkon Gado say hello.

Dre Barnes, Eugene Goodman, Samkon Gado. Those three were all LEGIT. I am in no way discounting Abnar and Rice, but that first group is going to be tough to beat.

That's the group I first thought of as well, Dr. Sheh. But i wouldn't expect our younger folks to be aware of their talent.

Rashad and Zach Terrell were a pretty darn good 1-2 punch as well. Nearly 1,900 yards and 26 TDs combined in '07.

Having seen all of those guys play I would probably rank them:

1. Rashad Jennings
2. Dre Barnes
3. DJ Abnar
4. Eugene Goodman
5. Samkon Gado
6. Zach Terrell
7. Des Rice

Jury is still out on Todd Macon, but he will get his chance to really build his legacystarting in Spring 2016 as the likely (IMO) #1 back.
