Hearing Liberty will likely hire an external candidate to replace receivers coach Juan Taylor, who was suddenly fired on April 2. That process should wrap up soon.
Charleston Southern announced it is installing artificial turf at its stadium in time for the 2015 season, meaning all 11 of LU’s games will be played on turf this season.
Liberty will replace its turf at Williams Stadium as soon as commencement is over. The school will also install a new, larger video board. The old board may be placed on the other side of the stadium, or it could be used elsewhere on campus, like at track and field.
