I though Zac Parker looked to be the fastest guy on the roster.

With new video board, I hope they do a better (and more timely) job on showing replays.

it's never going to stop, if anything the student section is just going to get weirder to try and get the 12th Man for the next home game. That's the main goal, getting picked as 12th Man and being able to run out at the beginning of the next home game. And as long as the students are doing something even remotely interesting the current director is going to cut to them, and until he's gone it won't change.

I don't disagree with that, there's A LOT more to being a fan than just acting weird to get on the video board. I'm just saying that's the way it is with a majority of the students, members of the most easily recognizable groups have admitted that they don't even like football they just do it because it's something fun and goofy to do with their friends. That's not fandom, that's just being an attention w***e.

I think it's mostly because of 2 things. 1 pieced together turf due to logo change and 2 the drainiage issues. He did say that the drainiage would be redone to fix the issues. He did also say several designs were being looked at.

Charleston Southern announced it is installing artificial turf at its stadium in time for the 2015 season, meaning all 11 of LU’s games will be played on turf this season.

Liberty will replace its turf at Williams Stadium as soon as commencement is over. The school will also install a new, larger video board. The old board may be placed on the other side of the stadium, or it could be used elsewhere on campus, like at track and field.

I think a group (dorm) can dress in goofy costumes to get attention to become 12th man. I understand that and I'm all for that. It really promotes school spirit. But I'm talking about random individuals that when the LFSN camera is on them they seem to be compelled to make goofy zombie faces, Whatever happened to "hi mom" or "we're No. 1" or even the old "LU" hand sign with a nice smile. I can see doing this once in a while but it is all the time and very annoying. I'd rather see the instant replay. I want to see the game and not . . . . (fill in the blank). This should qualify me for the "old hag club" and hopefully a voice of football sanity. I know this goes against the cultural tide of narcissism and selfies.

MEDIC good pick up on Jimmy, I have been on his wagon for a long time. He can ball. Caught some bad breaks with the injuries early on. I hope they don't do the rotating junk this year like they have in the past. If you need a breather that's understandable but the set number of snaps then switch out is crazy. Kinda hard to keep your mojo going like that, saw all 3 that they rotated last year at different times make a big play and be fired up only to get pulled out. The LB at Coastal that won BSC DPOY for at least 3 years never came off the field. I know that's how they roll and they do it with the DL as well but I can't figure it out.
