While basketball is currently not in of good as shape as football was after Rocco. Basketball by its nature can be turned around much quicker if the resources are there to back it (and I don't think anyone is questioning our ability to put resources behind a program).

Alabama is a football school that hasn't had a ton of success in Basketball either. He's actually the first name I've been excited about if he's a Christian and sincere. As far as personality and beliefs, I can't speak to that. There is virtually nothing about Grant's beliefs. Gill's beliefs and personality are pretty well known. As far as their coaching careers in their respective sports, they are significantly different. That is not a dig at either of them. It's just how it is.
I'm of the opinion that they both have the potential to be great coaches they just were both put into poor positions that were never going to work.
A big question mark for me is that I don't know were Grant is with his faith. Whereas I know Gill takes it very seriously.
