Around 5:15, my fiance (who lives in Richmond) texted me that it was already coming down pretty heavy there. If I could have gotten back here by 4 like usual, I probably would have tried it but that bus ride did me in.
Also, why do Lynchburg drivers feel the need to STOP in acceleration lanes? I see this all the time, even on great weather days. I just don't get it.
