You're right Sly... even when the media does decide to cover the story, they conveniently hit the points that fit their overall narrative, and continue to pay little attention to the more important issues. It is telling to me that the father of one of the slain ex-Navy Seals (probably CIA) agents has held firm in his criticisms of the Obama Administration. The fact that the guy asked three separate times to go in and try and help those on the ground and was denied is telling. The fact that he had to disobey orders to finally go in is equally as telling. However, nothing can be said for the flat out refusal to send in the Rapid Response Forces that could have saved the day. Yeah - we didn't have a total picture of what was going on that day probably, but these forces are prepared for that. They had the assets in place to repel the invading forces, and potentially save lives, but they chose not to. This one smells to high heaven. At least in Watergate - no one died (as far as we know...).
