I really don't have a problem if you think dividends and capital gains should be taxed as ordinary income, I'm not sure I agree but whatever I can follow that logic. The piece that irritates me is that they want to act likes its Romney's fault he paid an effective tax rate of 14%. He followed the current law just like the rest of us do when we pay our taxes. If you don't like the current set up why rehire the guy that didn't do anything for four years to change it?
