I'm torn -- part of me is upset that we now apparently serve a God that is all about getting even with people (rather than acting according to His nature, with justice and mercy), and part of me remembers an old saying that living long and well is the "best revenge." I remember something in the Bible about treating our enemies with kindness, which is likened to heaping burning coals on their heads.
I think the problem is our ideas of revenge and retribution, and how they relate to the Biblical ideas of vengeance and retribution -- we seem to be off a bit, and it messes up our understanding of this entire discussion. I would say, though, that I seriously doubt The Donald has anywhere close to a Biblical view of vengeance -- but of course I would love to be wrong.

Can we please give the Admin of LU a little credit and a little benefit of the doubt.Anytime someone representing Liberty says something as an official response that can be a distortion of the Gospel, you better believe we're going to question it. In fact, we're commanded by Scripture to do that.
