This was the worst officiated game I've ever seen in my life. Absolute joke both ways. I'll post more later.

The missed field goal did not cost LU the game. That's a simplistic view that doesn't fly in this situation.

Sorry if that came off sounding like I was calling someone "simple" for suggesting that the field goal cost LU the game. That wasn't what I was trying to say.

Put it this way: If Coastal's down a point instead of up two at the end, the Chants play the game differently and it's on the Liberty defense, which hasn't stopped anyone in the second half lately.

Certainly, the miss factored in, but it wasn't the one overriding factor in the game Saturday.
