My mistake postie...but the point was that you have people on the student side who have been intensely loyal...when that sort of loyalty pervades the entire student section (no matter if we are playing Eastern Kentucky or Kentucky Christian), and students are camping out in such large numbers that you have to have Roccotown moved to a larger area (like the football practice field or something) then youll see that sort of heritage being built.

I hope people don't take what I am saying the wrong way because I think its incredibly lame people stay home because its too cold or because UF is on tv playing Georgia. With that said its like that at the majority of FCS schools. I know we expect more from our students but at the end of the day we are still FCS. It is what it is.

Does it annoy me? Of course. It annoyed me while I was a student but we are still an FCS school.

Actually I think the idiots storming the field annoyed me more, haha

I only read half the second page and had to foe sweat. This board's been getting bad enough but to add that crap on top of it would push me over the edge.

Did I miss anything between half the second page and here? I doubt I did but I'm too lazy to read it all.

LCA?
Nope. He mentioned earlier that he was home schooled. And apparently skipped games that his 'school' was playing so he could watch other 'real' teams play. It's not his fault though. The weather was like really cold and his team was doing him a disservice by playing substandard teams that were beneath him.

As far as not showing up goes .... it even happens in the NFL, the Saints forgot to show up in St Louis Sunday ... (0-6) St. Louis 31 - (5-2) New Orleans 21.

And a lot of St Louis fans missed the fun .... even with tickets available for $5 on StubHub  and the Rams selling tickets for $23, the number worn by Cardinals World Series MVP David Freese. They still came up 7,000 shy of capacity?

So it happens everywhere :dontgetit

I decided not to read the last few pages. Sorry if its been discussed.

I went home and rewatched the "onsides kick" on DVR. The ball landed on our 45. It should have been fair caught. However, this was just a major fluke. No way was Presby trying to onsides kick the ball. Then the bounce the ball took

Flukey for sure.

I thought their kicker was one of our best weapons.

the wind played a major factor on this kick. The ball was actually pushed back towards the kicking team by the wind.

Which explains everything. He's a freshman, and homeschooled.

It certainly was flukey...I mean it didnt even bounce...it literally died about 10 yards in the air and fell straight down...I have NEVER seen a kickoff do that at any level.

Did anyone get the OT on DVR? If so can you get onto youtube? My DVR cut off right at the end of the game. Never thought I'd have to worry about OT with PC

Or does anyone know of a replay anytime this week. I couldn't find one while searching for it yesterday.

Yeah. Thanks hadn't thought about that. Would rather watch it on tv, but ESPN3 will work if nothing else. Thanks

I'm going to listen to it as background in my office today. Hopefully the team knows they were scared to 1 inch of their playoff life and we whoop some tail this weekend.
