Not surprising to me, with the number of Liberty students staying around.... This is more proof of what Liberty means to this town.

Come on, prototype. I read this article. While it mentions LU as a factor, it makes it clear that all the renovations downtown are why younger people are flocking to Lynchburg. We all know that downtown is the real draw.
