I have two roommates already lined up (both also LU alums) and we are looking at places to move to. Ideally we are hoping to move into a place next weekend (or right around that time as I have a wedding to be at Aug 1 as I referenced in another discussion), Right now Im looking at Old Mill Townhomes, Walden Pond, WillowBrook Apartments among others.check out indigo run off mcconville road...they're nice town house that easily fit 3 and with all of our bills (cable/eletric/internet) it only turned out to be around $300 each for me and my 2 roomates.
Any recommendations would be appreciated. we're looking at right around $300 each although Im not averse to going around $325.

The cheapest housing is the "apartments," which there are five. Small units, with one long communal hall to enter each residence. There is no covered parking. I think that they go for $575.
We live in one of the "town homes" which are larger (over 1200 sf + a garage). Our rent is $700.
Garbage collection is included, but all other utilities are on your own.
