Live Stats got mixed up...

LU is up 12. Jamarco to the line for 3 shots.

Misses the first.
Makes the second. 62-51
Misses the third.

Evan draws a foul on Jamarco and goes to the line for an and-1.

Got to love winning your last regular season game, going into the tournament. McMasters led both teams with 9 rebounds, and Gordon finished with 24 points.

Now that's what I'm talkin about!!!!!

One of the more enjoyable road wins I've witnessed, and even moreso after Thursday nights debacle. Evan wasn't just the best freshman on the floor tonight, he was the best player on the floor. Carter had his best game on the boards, which was crucial with Antwan in foul trouble the whole game, and Jesse stepped up with some scoring. Chris Perez played really solid, pesky defense, and Jeremy didn't get many looks, but was solid as a rock on both ends of the floor. Got to meet his mom, and we both screamed ourselves hoarse. Looking forward to spending the morning here in Charleston and a pleasant drive home.

10-8 in the Big South. Looks pretty good to me!

Congrats on the CSU win, fellows. Don't know why we couldn't win there, Thursday. We had won three years in a row there, 5 of 6 since joining the Big South. Zero interior defense, you all know that (about us). Today we actually had CCU sweating for a half, then we realized who we were Study , and where we were.

All things considered for you 11 months ago, 10-8 ain't that bad. LU can count on a home game next March :) .

I would dispute your first claim by pointing out your second and third. He gets as much out of what he has to work with as anyone could. CSU is just an awfully difficult place to which to recruit. They're #3 in their own metro market, which does have some quality talent year-in & year-out. Then, they're probably only ahead of Presby for statewide D-I talent, and that's even arguable.

The school as a whole is in a pretty desperate and precarious state of affairs, and athletics doesn't belong at D-I. That Radebaugh can put a group on the floor displaying any semblance of talent and cohesion to any extent of consistently is a small miracle.
