You wouldn't believe how addicted he is to his Storm. I think the only place he's ever at where he doesn't get online is at church. He can't even drive without his eyes glued to the browser.

It may not have been that funny, but I think you know that wasn't the first joke the Storm has been the butt of. Yes, I know that most of the problems it had early on have been resolved. Glad you like your phone.

heh. I enjoy that too many open background apps may keep people from having a good Storm experience. In-store or otherwise.

Nope. That's one of the reasons Apple took the route they did regarding backgrounding, which they've caught a lot of flack for. I get the criticism, but I like the way my battery life doesn't suck and everything always runs smoothly. Just two different approaches and the one Apple took means no one will ever pick up an iPhone display model in a store and wonder why it's running so slowly. I'm not saying it's the right approach, but after my experiences with background apps and memory management on Windows Mobile, I'm not complaining either.
