has anybody ever lost their championship team in the history of this tournament in the first 9 hours? You should win a prize.

Don't know if it was in the first 9 hours, but in 1999 I lost my championship team in the first round. Picked UNC to win it all, but they ran into Harold "The Show" Arceneaux and Weber State got the upset.

Admittedly, my pick of UNC was a homer pick, as I picked them to win it every year until 2003 when I picked Kansas. But that was only because UNC wasn't in that tourney.
