I live at Wendy's. I eat lunch there for less than $3 at least 1ce a week. We take the fam there for like $15.

One of my biggest pet peeves about a non-sitdown restaurant is when they don't allow you to get your own drink from the fountain. In this day and age it is outrageous that Wendys doesn't let you do this. I don't like ice and I want the soda to the top of the cup, but I don't want to feel like a dbag ordering it this way. Just let me get my own freaking drink! I'm a big boy. If you're busy, I don't want to wait around for 15 minutes on the off chance that you noticed I'm sitting there waiting for a refill. It may sound petty, and it is, but I will not go to Wendy's because of this. It's too bad because I like their spicy chicken.

Jersey Mike's is pretty good but I don't go often because of the price. So count this as an anti-wendys vote.

Sure, the Baconater is great, as are many of Wendy's meaty burgers, but not compared to a chipotle cheesesteak that's twice as big and as LUconn says a drink you can serve yourself. The price is not that different, which is sad.

Also, anybody who compares Mike's to Subway, I don't believe has ever been there. That's like comparing a sandwich you got at a local deli vs one you made at home. Sure they're both sandwiches but that's where the similarity ends.
