I was just watching the game on MASN and the student section sounds good on TV! The move those chains chant sounds awesome!

How hard would it be for the people that we pay to announce our games, whether on TV or through the PA system, to learn how to properly pronounce our players' names? Is it really that hard?
It's Danny Brah-gen. It's not Bro-gen.
It's Ryan Gry-zer. It is not Ryan Grease-er.

SuperJon wrote:It wasn't just the Baptist side that seemed dead. The entire crowd did. I don't know what the deal was. I was there for the first quarter but then it seemed like I just checked out the rest of the game and went through the motions.Ditto

That set the tempo for the game, although we lost the momentum for most of the first half. We made mistakes and gave up 14 points with turnovers and had to battle back from that. After we got the lead early in the 3rd quarter, I think Coastal let up some. They are a young team, too.Mo wrote:Go for it! We would all love to hear from the VMI side. I had the radio in my truck on with the doors and windows wide open, listening to the VMI game while I was grilling my brats and my hot dogs. I was pulling for you guys. Thanks, Jim. I am pleased.
