Obama's plan to create a "making work pay" tax credit to completely eliminate the whole idea of the income tax is, to me, ingenious. On the other side of things, Obama also wishes to simplifify tax filing. The Obama camp predicts that this will save Americans "up to 200 million total hours of work and aggravation, and up to $2 billion in tax preparer fees". To me, this sounds amazing.
The issue of taxation will never be agreed on by all. For those of us in the "middle class", Obama's economic plans sound relieving.

The Bush Administration thrived on giving those in the upper class bracket some rather hefty tax cuts. Therefore, we struggle financially because we weren't rich to begin with. Things do not add up.
