no i'm not...you are complaining about some college aged guys saying "sucks" and "testicles" and freaking out about the moral downfall that liberty seems to be spiralling down because of it....sorry its what guys talk about...expecially hs and college age guys....he apparently didn't say anything about sucking balls (which is what i assumed happened originally and would of had a problem with) so who cares.... if they were sitting in the section with alot of children then yeah "hey buddy, what is wrong with you, i got a 5 yr old here!" i wouldn't have a problem with....if he's sitting around a bunch of other college guys, i don't care.....

Take your kid to a pro game. There they learn all about drunken fans and the things they say. Great lesson about drinking!

Our calling card is we keep it clean. The thing is, the 39 minutes and 30 seconds that we keep things clean gets overlooked by the one time it crosses the line.

From stories I have heard from alumni that go to my home church back down in Florida things haven't changed much over the years as far as what is said at games...if anything its a little cleaner...college kids are college kids....and as far as college kids at sporting events go, LU should be very proud of how the students here act at sporting events....

HA...thats funny...but I dunno if I can back that statement SJ, yeah there was someone who through drinks on people and then spread some material but they were dealt with and barred for a year. LU has never had the rep for being the worst fans...if anything they were to much of pansy's back in the day but that's b/c the rules were 1000% more strict then what your dealing with today...believe me, there were far less incidents back then with much harsher rules then today when it's as liberal as it has ever been

Our fans weren't rude they hated us because of religion the worst thing they ever said was "You boy you boy you you you" trust me we were Bible thumpers to the max to the point that would make you want to puke

Oh, I understand that. However, talking to people from Winthrop, Coastal, and other schools, while the chants and things yelled to during the games may not have been over the line, people hated coming here because the kids were rude to them.

By the way, LU fan and crowd behavior was infinitely worse in the early-to-mid 90's. I can testify to that firsthand.

Not sure what that means. I'm not really into inuendo. We can agree to disagree. I'm sorry if I've offended you current students. Most of the Hags seem to agree with me, and I guess that is all I could hope for.

It's 1 thing that we are bombarded with that kind of stuff in commercials, tv, and movies, but to hear it on here from LU folks is just not what I expected, especially when it is justified adamately. I guess I'm living in a dream world.
