I didn't even make an argument...just a sarcastic post (thats actually partially true, as jcmanson pointed out). Also, dickens...Florida and VTech have one other common opponent: Florida State. And in their games against the Seminoles, both VTech and UF were at home.

VT: 40
FSU: 21

UF: 45
FSU: 12

Based on those results, you could argue that UF would win but there is no way that you can argue UF would absolutely roll over VT, especially in Lane Stadium.

and vtech doesn't have the offense to do anything......(that not only is a strong opinion, but a fact when you look at their stats)

I agree with you 100%....I am so sick and tired of the VTech love...vtech is very over rated and Florida would win by at least 10 points...their offense is far superior then anything their defense could throw there way...and Vtech's offense??? please....this just goes to show how weak the ACC is when comparing it to the SEC...

Who is comparing the ACC to the SEC? No one ever said ACC football was better...I think everyone agrees SEC is the best in football right now. VTech is also NOT overrated by any means. Their only losses have been to two teams that were ranked #2 in the country at the time...and one of those teams they exacted revenge on in the ACC title game.

this is a horrible way to measure how 2 teams would perform against each other. it may seem like a good way but its not. both teams prepared for FSU...not each other....its like looking at the bears vs the cowboys....both beat green bay similarly....thus you'd assume that it woudl be a good close game....do you really think so? most wouldn't...

Hmm...this is a conundrum...Florida has the superior votes while in pretty much every simulation I ran, Tech skinned the Gators and rolled them out of Blacksburg...My gut tells me to go with the vote...I'll have this one settled by the ned of the night. The other matchups are pretty cut and dry
