alright. After wrapping up my last program I started a new one today. It is HST(Hypertrophy Specific Training) style. Never done anything like this and it has not been fun after one day. It seems like it's basically work out every muscle group in one workout take the next day off and then do something similar the day after that, etc. I have a feeling I'm going to be very tired from workout until the end of the day for the next 10 weeks or so.
