And a wagon is always better than a mini-van. I like wagons. I really do. It's the anti-mini-van in me. If you have to pick a family-size vehicle that's acceptable for travel, you only have a few options. Out of all of them, I'd rather see wagons make a comeback than mini-vans continue their success. Yuck.

the problem is wagons don't seat additional people. It's just more cargo room. I don't think they make those "way" back seats that you sit facing the other way anymore.

We've got a Honda Pilot, which has third row seating. We never use it. It's always folded down for cargo space. So, I don't too much care about having that back seat. I mean, it's come in handy a few times, but I could live without it.

If it was available in the U.S. still, I would have purchased a Honda Accord wagon instead of our Pilot last year. (Not that I'm complaining about the Pilot. It's been an A+ vehicle.) Sadly, it's only in Japan. I guess that it's more accurate to say it's like an Acura wagon, but still. It's my ideal family vehicle...

I think the rear-facing seats are still out there. I'm not sure where, but I think I've seen them recently.

Accords are great. My son's '93 has 160K, and my wife's '00 has 80K. Whenever the Hyundai dies I'll be looking at an Accord, too.

My wife needs a 3rd row. We've got a Camry right now, and if she's ever watching more than 2 kids it's over. Espeically since kids now have to stay in some sort of excessive spacetaking contraption until they're 16. I can't even imagine what we'll do with no 3rd row when kid #2 comes.

No biggie The whole first car experience for me was a 73 amc matador wagon!! It might not have been a chick magnet, but if your car has to do the talkin for you thats kinda a sad place to live in !! But I digress chick magnet or not it was the fastest thing around! Thank goodness gas wasnt 3 bucks a gallon back in 78!! ohhh and it had a rear facing third seat ! zoom zoom!

The Magnum is flat out ugly. I don't care what it has under the hood, the body style is horrid. It's Dodge's version of the Chrysler 300, but you wouldn't know it by looking at it.
