la villa because:

1.) good location (near me)
2.) good food (chicken Stromboli)
3.) good service (the young female kind)
4.) good entertainment (2 flat screens to watch)

Vinny's because it's cheap and the food is quality.

I could be wrong, but the last time I drove through Boonesboro, Milano had been torn down for new construction. I guess it could have moved, though. And isn't Gaetano's history as well, or has that moved?

the combo of #3 and #4, or even #3 on #4 is quite similar to all-you-can-eat ballpark food and a baseball game outside...

you bring two together, and you just almost can't contain yourself.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't Itialian Restaurants supposed to be about good food, ambiance, wine, and sharing a night out with your woman?

For what it's worth, I'll go with Monte Carlo and The Olive Garden. Vinny's does have decent food though, but not much of an atmosphere.

Gentlemen:

I am here to report to you that the new "Ledo Pizza" at Wards Crossing West has earned itself a special place in my stomach. We went out with some friends last night and had a great experience, plus great food. The fare is pretty much the same as Vinny's, and so are the prices. I like the pizza a lot better, though. Great, great place and it's great location, too. It's located in the set of stores that are near Wards, in front of Kohl's. Right next to the new La Carreta.

Get in there and get something. I'm curious to see if my experience was a fluke or not.

Every restaurant in that plaza will be jammed every night from September to May.

I agree. Pizza there is superb.

For New York style, the closest match for me is Vito's. I used to love Mamma Mia until they closed.

Went to Ledo's over the weekend. I grabbed a buffalo chicken calzone, that was just great Everything about it was great. Made a return visit and got some pizza, and I was less happy with what I got. It was ok but nothing like that calzone.

I am one of the 2 votes for Lil Cucchi's. It is in Forest, and definately worth your time. The food is fantastic and the owner is a really nice guy. It is in the plaza on 221 on the left before you get to JF.

I like Lil Cucci's too, but I rarely eat there. The owners are very nice, and I think their kids go to LCA, or at least they did at one time. I was put off a little by their prices for pizza by the slice, but everything I've had there is good.
