We've touched on Lynchburg real estate in recent discussions. But I'd love to hear some thoughts on what areas are places that give the highest quality of life for the dollar and that would have the greatest opportunity for resale appreciation. Here's a survey with questions that can be answered simply with a rating of 1-to-5 Stars. If you want to give thoughts off up those as well.
