The most successful program on Liberty Mountain deserves its own forum. We give Coach Green and the Lady Flames their props while breaking down their run to the Big Dance once again.

I must say that, that week was one of the most craziest weeks of my life... I thought I was going to die on two occasions that week... 1. when SCAR took me around for a few 360's in the middle of the road with a bunch of crazy nothern drivers around us (I still can't believe that nobody got hurt) 2. At 4 in the morning sitting in the middle of the Penn turnpike and Daski thought that it would be smart to turn the car off until 7 AM while we sat for three hours... still confused on how leaving a new car running will kill the battery? I almost froze to death... none the less I am really hoping that it is Chi-town I have several family members in that area and would love to see them....so yes I am selfish

Chi-town would be an overwhelming second choice for me ... I had a lot of fun there a few summers back, hanging out in Lincoln Park, seeing a Cubs game, getting a wicked sunburn along Lake Michigan, enjoying a cold beer at a neighborhood pub. That was a serious good time.

Wow. really? that is crazy about the fire. Kensington is not the best part of Philly for sure. I don't even go into my old neighborhood hardly anymore except to get a cheesesteak from Paganos (my favorite place). Medic I was in WaWa yesterday here in Richmond btw! Got 2 Philly soft pretzels too. I hope we don't get sent to VA Beach to play at ODU. I am not even sure where the other venues are but I hope we get sent to driving distance. As well as our fans traveled last year that will probably be what happens.

Oh I know BJ. Listening to Jamie's call from that game still puts a tingle in ya. Penn State will be intresting this tourney as well with all the events that happened after their loss to us. (ESPN Outside the Lines Show)

That would be very interesting... cause the gameplan would be completely different then last year... but we got a long ways to go to get there...

With a 13-16 record, Penn State will be noticeably absent from NCAA and WNIT action this year. Few things are more gratifying than hearing Rene Portland hold the Lady Flames responsible for the demise of her program. My thoughts would be that it probably has a little more to do with the loss of superstars like Kelly Mazzante (all-time leading scorer in Big 10 history) and Tanisha Wright (1st rd WNBA draft pick - taken after Katie btw).

If you believe the reports, there are other issues behind the demise of her program.

Just one example of articles written in lion country about the future of the lady lions program...I've also talked to many people from the area and they have told about all the talk up there being "that Liberty loss really hurt our program"

Interesting that ESPN has us playing Denver against NC.ST a team that we already played back in December, I don't highly doubt that we will be playing NC.ST again
