I won't bore you guys by reprinting the whole article (really!) but here's the quote and the link to the story:
Why Not West Virginia?

No team seeded lower than fifth has ever won the Big East. But after beating No. 6 Rutgers for Championship Week's biggest upset, the 12th-seeded Mountaineers proved anything's possible.

University Park is actually Penn State... you are thinking of College Park.

I am not going to put the cart in front of the horse... but IF we win, Chicago, Nashville or Denver would be nice... big cities always add something. For our fans, I guess Norfolk would be OK... it's a great arena.

Let's worry about that after the tournament... we still have a bunch of business to take care of.

IF we win we should send a thank you to Mid Tenn State... by getting the upset win over W. Ky it moved us up a seed... at least in the projections.

Right FSN, I was just reading an article in today's Washington Post that talked about that same thing on the men's side with these mid-major conferences. The note will be in the mail.

I am listening to the final few minutes of last year's NCAA Tourney. What memories (and a nice call too)

If it is in Chicago I will go especially if it is against MSU. I mentioned in another thread that Mrs SCAR is from East Lansing. I always talk about going to Chicago but I have never been. It would be a lot of fun. I would like it to be closer to home for real though. HMO you can roll with us for sure. You can rent us an SUV and we can share the driving  Ask GMTM how I drive. I got us there in one piece a couple of years ago going to Buffalo in an blizzard but not before I sent him flying around the cabin of the Trailblazer when we hit that guard rail. For the record, it wasn't my fault.

I'm going where ever the women go ... Tucson would be sweet, since I have family in Phoenix and a boatload of friends in Flagstaff (though Flag's a bit of a hike from Tucson).

As far as the Lumberjacks, well, all I can say is typical NAU. I thought maybe it was a different team this year, but that was a pretty sorry choke job on their home floor. Montana is worth a look as tourney sleeper. Lots of talent back from a team that challenged No. 1 Washington as a No. 16 seed last year. The Griz could get a 14 and be real scary for a 3 seed. I love the Hasquet kid, and Criswell is a lights out guy most nights.

That was a wild trip... we were a couple hours behind you... what a blizzard. And then we went down to Temple for the women's tournament and ran into another snow storm in PA!

Thats right I forgot about the second leg of your trip to Phily. That is when Daski and GMTM got stuck behind an accident on the PA turnpike. I was so mad about the TB getting dingged up that we didn't even go to Philly to see the Lady Flames. We went home and got the vehicle repaired. Philly would have been fun though. I am sorry we missed it. I may be biased but I love that town!!!!
