I’ll say it since nobody else wants to: pretending LUWBB and LUMBB are even remotely comparable is pure fantasy. Green made finals run in first year of CUSA— congrats!!!!

Winning in women’s basketball is flat-out easier than men’s basketball. Period. Comparing the two is like saying HCJC and HCRM are the same thing. They aren’t. Never have been. Never will be.

And for the “recruiting experts” in the comments, let me help you out. This LU armchair coach actually knows how this works. About 90% of recruiting is assistants filtering, vetting, and deciding who’s worth the head coach’s time. In my recruitment, the head coach was the only contact — no assistants, no middlemen. Different world.

So yes, assistants largely control who gets recruited. If that offends anyone, that’s fine. I’d be shocked if most head coaches weren’t letting assistants do the dirty work while they step in at the end. Facts don’t care about feelings.

I keep saying he recruited the same level of players. Now this team is showing low level athleticism for most part. Now you are pinning it on Green. Absolutely you are contradicting. At first you told me that I was mistaken about you criticizing me and now at least you admit it. Like I said, you contradict yourself and you lie. In the past I called for Jackson from baseball to be replaced because of his poor decision making and cost games over the years. Then, I called to replace the hitting coach from softball because almost every hitter had bad approaches with their swings. I called to replace Green, because like you continuously stated, he had his prototype players he recruited. Obviously, those players were not good enough to compete and win outside the conference. I called for a new coach that can bring in players of higher skills. Look what the team had to deal against SHU. SHU are too athletic and faster than LU’s players that Green and AS recruited. Granted, SHU did not have high level basketball players but they had athleticism and speed.
You went on a rant that I want all the LU athletic coaches fired. You are the delusional one here. It’s not a matter of what players I want. It’s logical to desire better players in the program. Then it needs better coaches or the ones that has the ability to bring the higher level players.

I'd suggest if you find you taking it this seriously then maybe it's time for you to step away.
