So... I can understand the comment about losing Decker might not be worth one more year of Metheny. However, to say Decker might already be a better player is silly. Decker has shown some promise, but it's going to take more than a bunch of points scored against Tier 4 and below teams to convince me he's going to be better than Metheny. I get it, he scored 8 points against Oregon, but those were in garbage time. Metheny was our leading scorer in 2023-24 and second leading scorer in 2024-25. He single-handedly put the team on his back against KSU in the tournament. Let's show the kid some respect.

I would not blame a kid (Decker) for leaving to chase minutes. Kids want to play!
