If you want to talk ASUN smack or ramble ad nauseum about your favorite pro or major college teams, this is the place to let it rip.

Targeting should have been called on Texas. That non call probably gave Texas the win.

I despise Texas and Ohio State.

I can get this argument with how inconsistent the targeting call is across CFB. In a vacuum, against the letter of the law, there was no case for a targeting call on the play by the UT safety. Watch the play and ask yourself, what could he have done differently in attacking the play in front of him. Didn't launch, didn't use his helmet as a weapon, didn't lower his helmet, etc.
Its football!
I say this from a perspective of cheering for the underdog.

If they would have called that targeting it would have not only been the wrong call but would have findamentally changed the outcome of the game. But no worries ... Auburn will blow another pressure cooker kick. It has been his M.O. for years. I was even sweating the PAT in the 1st overtime.

Hats off to that 4th quarter from Skattebo. But this matchup in Jerruh-World against the Bucks is going to be epic. Ewers vs. the school he scammed for a cool mil while he should have been finishing HS. Two of the biggest brands regardless of pro or college designation.

My wife inquired about tickets for the semifinal to watch her alma mater. $500 apiece for upper deck in THAT stadium as the Arctic Blast is scheduled to arrive? No thank you.

The combination of NIL and unlimited transfers has made it rough on G5s schools but on the bright side it seems to have increased parity among P4 schools. Ohio state is the only remaining school with a natty in the CFP era and that was the very first one a decade ago. We're also seeing more lower tier P4 teams step up and be more competitive than they've been in the past. The blue bloods just can't stack depth as much as they used to and it's starting to show.

no SEC in the quarterfinals and Alabama can't even beat an offense-less Michigan. all is right in the world.

That said, if that is targeting so is the off the top rope smoke Bond got on that interception. So i'll call it even.

The issue here is Oregon and all the other bye's didn't play for 3 and a half weeks but played against teams that played 10 days ago. the 4 team, everyone was at the same disadvantage. So what happened was all 4 teams with byes got beat (obviously among other reasons).

So while we said "best teams" you have to take into consideration the break. and retool that as well. or reorder after first round.

OSU at this point looks unstoppable.

Yes, during these playoffs, I have found myself rooting for Notre Dame in 1 game, and Penn State in another.

Indiana played ND better than UGA did. Obviously UGA didn’t belong in the playoffs

The SEC lost five bowls games, 4 of those to opponents from the Big Ten.

Clearly, the Big Ten is a better conference than the SEC.
