A couple of points:
1) I hate to be "that guy," but the refs were terrible throughout the game. GW's first 10 points came on the backs of really awful calls that I hope HCHF sends in for reviews.
2) GW is much better than their record - give them credit. Their QB is tough. He took some shots and managed to stay in the game even when he was limping.
3) I thought our play calling in the 2nd and 3rd Qtrs was just awful. I think someone mentioned it above (can't remember), but to only have 12 yds rushing against an FCS opponent heading into the 4th qtr is just ridiculous. I get it - we like the spread offense with 3 or 4 WR sets, but it was apparent that the passing game was off by halftime. They should have made the adjustment to focus on the run game and short passes to the perimeter to get the ball quickly to our playmakers, like we finally did halfway through the 4th quarter. On one series - we gain 7yds running the ball on 1st down only to throw the next two. We had the lead and could have drained more time off the clock and put the nail in the coffin. Their front was clearly tired at that point.
4) I really wish more effort was made into making the crowd smarter. For 3/4 of the game you could barely hear anything coming from the west side unless t-shirts were involved. When the game is on the line and the D needs help it was finally loud and you could tell it impacted GW's offense. I also really hate the "move the chains" crap. When we get a first down we like to get into hurry-up and instead of the O being in-sync with the snap a lot of times they can't hear crap because the crowd is too busy yelling HUUUHHHHH!!!. It got us one time on a false start because of it.
