Since he is now President of the BOT's he is the one who should be more vocal than the rest. He is the spokesman for the Board.
There are some good men on the Board who need to be retained. I believe a complete overhaul would be short-sighted, at least short term.

Doesn't need to be a major role. Just a voice. Or a resource. The man has been around since the start of the school. He consistently taught us "Methods are many. Principles are few. Methods may change. Principles never do." It's one of the best things about him. He has strong principles but knows his preferences and methods might not always be the best thing to do. Let him speak into the principles and allow the leadership to figure out the best methods to implement them.

Yes, N71LU is the university jet. It's kept in a closed hanger at Freedom Avoation next to where the school of aviation planes are kept. Interestingly enough, Jerry used N71LU as the license plate number on his personal vehicle. So it's easy to see how he might think it's his jet to use at will.

The permits are contingent on them getting examined by a physician, and getting clean bill of health, and free of any STDs. There is a red light district there that many American like to frequent. I used to know a guy I worked with who worked for an NGO to provide these women assistance to get out of that lifestyle.

Unless you have family member living in TJ or manufacturing business interests in TJ, most American's would go down there for the beaches, but those are usually that live on the west coast. I wouldn't believe that JR would go down there for beaches and sun bathing, especially since there are closer and more beautiful beaches nearby in Florida or the Mexican Gulf.
