Ahhh @ballcoach15 and @TH Spangler really hitting the issues that matter.

Just a small sample size from overnight: people on the left are either angry about this pick or indifferent. Not a ton of excitement. Joe went with the safe pick that made it hard to claim he is embracing far left ideals (even though a Trump campaign ad says differently) and someone who doesn't make moderates who hate trump feel uneasy. So his strategy is clearly banking on getting the anti-trump vote. I don't think that is a winning strategy but I guess we will see how it works out for him.

The New York Times (a former newspaper) describes Kamala Harris as a "pragmatic moderate".
Really?.................................................... Really?

The moderate part I get but pragmatic is not the word that anybody would use to describe her.

I get why Joe picked her. She will keep him on his toes and he needs that at this stage but throwing around words like pragmatic seems more harmful to their cause than helpful.

Trump will win but he certainly isn't making it easy on himself.

The anti-cancel culture president decided to cancel Goodyear and he still refuses to call the Q'Anon conspiracy theoriest the crazies that they are because they like him.

Everyday either Trump or Biden do or say something that make me wonder how and why these are our options. Holy crap.

2.5 months. Please get this over with.

His response though to that question was awesome! She should have phrased it better.

Have you dug into the Q'Anon stuff?? I'd have no desire to have those people associated with me.

He stated he doesn’t know much about them. I don’t either. My thought was they are a bunch of trolls. Here’s the exchange. You can tell he has no idea who she’s talking about. But he picked up on saving the world Even her colleagues laughed at her

But you aren't the president of the United States. You aren't really expected to know a whole lot about these kinds of groups. Sadly, i have some really good friends who post about it all the time, i finally did a deep dive and felt gross afterwards.

Is he supposed to know about them? Presidents aren’t supposed to be omniscient

75% of the population doesn't even know what Qanon is. and only 3% had a good idea of what it was. I don't reasonably think the president needs to know what it is outside of passing interest. That said, i'm sure he's feigning ignorance and knows darn well what Qanon is. We love giving creedence to movements that will fade away as time progresses.

My expectations probably remain unreasonably high for him. This isn't the first time he has been asked about Q and each time he acts like he knows nothing.

Oh well. His base doesn't care so i guess he doesn't have to even if they should because they make your party look crazy.

neither the DNC nor the RINO's typically acknowledge the looney tune factions of their parties. They do so only to their detriment as either side construes any response to some ridiculous level (in Trumps case, look at the "fine people" thingy)

Would love to know who Qanon is. They belong in hollywood writing the next stupid fiction series. I think most people see it for what it is, but just like people are drawn to the stupid crap out of hollywood they are entertained by it.

Its hilarious to watch Obama's over the top prase of Biden and then view the clip where Obama leans over to someone and states of Biden on an open mic. "he'll just F$%# it up. Surely, none of the faithful truly believe that Obama respects Biden, do they?

I believe the actual quote was "don't underestimate Joe's ability to "F" "S" up." The fact is, Obama spent almost his entire speech ripping on Trump, while throwing sleepy joe a bone or 2. If he really believed in him, he would not have waited until literally everyone else had dropped out of the primary before endorsing him.

Pretty awesome comparison between Biden's acceptance speech Thursday night and his speech at the DNC in 2008. This guy even plagiarizes himself!

The big difference is that he may have actually believed some of that stuff 12 years ago.

I don’t doubt that Joe wouldn't of been Obama's first choice but he waited because he was going to throw his support behind whoever the nominee was. No more, no less. It is a narrative right wing media spews and some continue eat up.

I thought Biden's speech was a good one and kind of killed the narrative that he can't perform on the big stage so now the narrative has changed to saying he can't operate without a teleprompter.

It is comical to watch republicans and democrats paint their opponent as out of touch old men. I mean, both are true statements but come on. The hypocrisy of both parties is just ridiculous but people eat it up. They love what makes their ears tingle.

A little over 2 months and it'll be over. At least I hope.

I could care less about the old puppets running. I vote based on their puppet master's agenda.

By the way, in other news, no one has mentioned Bannon being sidelined. Dig down a little and you'll find out he's been buddying around with a Chinese billionaire that the communist Chinese goverment is trying to silence. A whistleblower that's been tweeting alot about corruption among the elites at the top of Chinese Chinese communist party . Cheating economically and infidelity in their personal lives. Bannon was on his yacht when arrested.
