Larry having a good game, would sure like to see us have more of an inside presence against a smaller team. I have never understood why we play a peremiter game most of the time.
Its our perimeter defense that killed us in the first half. Coach D's call to man up late int he first half slowed it down. But those Chants can bury the open looks for three.
I sincerely doubt CCU will be able to shoot 56% from behind the arc in the second half much like we couldn't keep up our crazy shooting at Winthrop last week.
The Stattracker gave CCU credit for three by Joshua Mack that I don't think went in the game. So there is a 3-point discrepency between Live Stats and the scoreboard on the telecast. Who is right?
Which brings me to my biggest gripe with officiating...Officials seem to call any sort of incidental contact and other touch fouls on the perimeter that create no advantage to either team, but then a guy gets pushed as he is driving to the basket and there's nothing. I see it in every game, and have never understood it.
