Chris Hightower helps Little Rock Christian Win Class 5A State Championship

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Little Rock Christian wide receiver Chris Hightower (pictured above in Razorback shirt next to Barry Lunney Jr.) helped his team to a 52-38 victory over Pulaski Academy on Sunday in War Memorial Stadium.

Hightower, 6-2, 185, and the Warriors captured the Class 5A state championship finishing the season 13-1. In the game, Hightower caught four passes for 92 yards and a touchdown while also rushing three times for 33 yards. With 5:04 remaining in the third quarter and the Bruins leading 31-24, Hightower got behind the secondary for a 41-yard touchdown reception to tie the game.
