Watching a VMI game is probably the most entertaining, yet disturbing, and exhausting game to watch...

SCORCHO the first half was great- we were flyin' high

up by 23 and we could do no wrong,

then came the second half and our REGULAR team/coaching showed up

to be honest- we really didn't start to fall apart until the last 10 minutes, maybe even the last 8.

we had a 15-18 point lead most of the second half until the last little bit (pages 6 on of this thread!)

the tv feed going out just capped off my frustration. WHAT THE FREAK!

Honestly, I think LU didn't 'fight' VMI's pace, so that's why both teams scored so much...but considering that LU held VMI to under 50% from the field & only 31% from 3, that isn't terrible defense (given that you guys gave up that many points)...Also, LU turned it over 25 times, which isn't terrible either..if anyone has kept their turnovers under 20 against them, I'd be amazed.

26 turnovers giving up 40 points might have something to do with it. That's ridiculous.

Hopefully this isn't the last time this season we see this team shooting 63%.
