The phrase is well known.
We associate the phrase with Turner Gill.

It’s a catchphrase. I’m not being negative when I call it what it actually is.

It also usually denotes a level of sincerity that is shallow or non existent. A marketing ploy.

That is a separate definition. Yes it can mean that but that’s not the version of the word I was using.
