Steele and Lemonier have now both signed.

Lemonier was sorely needed. Immediate impact pass rush with 3 or 4 fbs offers.

Lemoniers tweet from the staff said that will wrap up the day for defense indicating were waiting for more on offense. Could have been davis or carter.

I suspect he is busy with other things.
At this moment, I don't care as much if he signs with us or not. This is just the beginning of a future era.

I’m not even mad a lot of kids want P5 offers.

Liberty lost out on West and Davis. We were Ballard’s favorite for the longest time and we used him as our backup option and we’re probably going to miss out on him. Still holding out hope but our staff is a joke.

Need Carter and Ballard.

Different running style, but he is the strongest man on his entire HS team. Hang cleans over 300. It's a bit of a reach because he never visited, but the timing makes it feasible. We were actually his first FBS offer, but backed off when West, and later Henderson committed and he seemed determined to wait on an offer from Memphis that never came.

We were Ballard's favorite until Memphis started stringing him along. He had every opportunity to commit to us. When he didn't we decided to focus on Davis. His only visit was to Army and next best option is TN- Martin. We may have a shot.

Agree with all of that but have we signed anybody that hasnt visited in a long time? I cant remember it happening recently. Theres def still something out there on offense that were waiting on based on the last tweet for lemonier.

I feel like Ballard is going to sign with Army (possibly) and honestly I wouldn't blame him. I hope this signing day and the results that occur this season will be the last indication of what LU will become when they're officially FBS bound. Hopefully things will be too obvious to ignore and things will change for the better. Until then, we accept (atleast try to) what we have and hope for the best.

Probably so, considering it was his only visit, but I for one am not going to rip the staff for backing off of him to go after Davis. He had every chance to visit Liberty and commit early and did not. This is the kid who made a big deal about announcing he would make his decision in November before HS practice started and here it is almost 5:00 Feb 7.

Davis, who was less than five miles away and yet was one of the last to get an offer. I know I didn't need to bring it up but this better be a wake up call from the staff when it comes to prospects who are home bound. Sure we looked at some prospects in sate and received one, but one was right by our doorstep. That's why i made the statement above; will we continue with the same 'ol same 'ol tactics that didn't really help us in FCS? How long will the #FBSBOUND and the win in Baylor will help the cause? I wonder what Ian has in store for the future?
