Liberty Hockey Update

With only 11 games remaining in the ACHA Div. I season, the Liberty Flames currently are ranked 8th.
This season has been enjoyable as new parts of the program have expanded.

Areas of Growth (Praise Items)

- We have moved to a higher level

- We have a more adequate facility with the addition of more seats

- We have had the opportunity to sit and eat with opposing teams who come into our arena, and share the Gospel with them

- We added two new players: Scott Beech and Ryan Heifler

- These are just a few….

Areas of Perseverance (Prayer Items)



- This weekend we will be sharing the Gospel with Oakland University, (the team we lost to last year in the National Championship)….
pray that we would be a good testimony on and off the ice and that these young men would have an encounter with the Living Lord.

- Pray for spiritual growth on our team. We have a good variety of spiritual interest on our team,
from some men who are serving the Lord fervently to some who are remotely interested…please continue to pray for each of us.

- Again I would ask as in previous emails, that you pray for VICTORY for our team. Not victory as in wins and losses,
but VICTORY in the spiritual, academic and social areas of our lives.
Pray that our players would not be apathetic in any area of life, but Men who are training to be Leaders for our Lord in the Sports World.
