Is there a way to listen to the football show online? I am out of town and would like to catch it if/when I can. Looked everywhere for a link.

I've used the ESPNinVA app and I think you can listen on the LU today app as well

It comes on 93.3 here in LYH. I can't find that station on TuneIn Radio app but you should be able to listen to it live at the link below:
