I'm not sure he fits with the school's mission based on his past statements and audio tapes.

I think you have to ask if the hire is:

- Worth the growing pains of a new coach, staff, system, recruiting style

-Enough of an improvement over HCTG to justify those growing pains

-Going to be the face of Liberty Football

The third point is where Bo becomes a hard no. Look at his audio tape leaks. I never want that language on our sideline.

We only play 11 games this year. I would agree with the number of losses you state as being Gill's make or break point.

I haven't been paying attention as closely as I used to but I was under the impression that we hitched our wagon to him for a few more years at least.

I say 4-7 he's fired.
Anything short of 10-1 and I'll still be a doubter.

So 9-2 and 8-3. That somehow doesn't inspire.

I absolutely expect to be undefeated at home. No excuse for it at this point.

If so, I wouldn't be surprised. This season isn't the year to get a 'name' here. Next year as we ramp up would be better. Recruiting will play a major role here as well...
