If David Dees and his new friends can take down ORU, so can we. The Ragin Cajuns aren't that good.

But the most likely victim (by my gut) is Seton Hall.

David Dees's team is only bad because of NCAA sanctions...remember after he transfered the NCAA got down on them over a couple of former player. I think they are prohibited from the tourney for three seasons.

i am sure, but remember its Liberty.....I know Valparaiso lost two weeks ago on Saturday night, and had practice at 3AM Sunday morning because they played so bad. I know, that was pointless, but it shows what price teams pay

I'm not holding my breath for a win out west...but if we do get one, I think it'll either be Seton Hall or ORU-I just can't see us beating BYU on their home court (or ours, when I think about it)

SLY, I lived in Texas all summer.....I even drove from Austin to El Paso and back in 2 days time....it is much closer than south orange NJ

Those are some good points and I agree with every one of them. Dees was certainly a great shooter but subpar in every other aspect of his game. I remember LU being on the receiving end of some of the blowouts like Maryland, Miami (Ohio), Seton Hall, and Arkansas State and how humiliating it was just like the Shanendoah and New Hampshire debacles were. And yes, the BSC was rated in the bottom half of the country back then. Winthrop's improvements recently have helped the conference rating a bit since then.

I think that we will win at least one too with or without the egg nog. I will be disappointed if we get shutout during that stretch.

It will be hard for us to win any of these games, but these 3 and the game against Florida should give the guys enough time to gel with Brew to have their act together come Jan 6 at asheville.
