I know you are joking PH but I will get started on it shortly but really the best way to know my rules of engagement is to sit down in a dimly lit cafe and buy me a giant Pepsi as we talk about my coaching philosophy.

Umm.....Liberty switched to Coke products. BTW, will you be following in the footsteps and applying for an open college FB coaching job? After the TCU game, the Texas job might be open

You might want to check with Sly about that. I hear Texas is going to drop their program.

2 can play this game. Care to mention how the WIU team that Coastal beat just themselves beat the SIU team that manhandled (one of your own's terms) the Flames?
Since I respond to everything I would like to repeat that my agent is on it. I even got some practice in on my pre game speech in the bathroom. My wife was not a fan.

How dare you bring that kind of logic around here!

It's OK though the job is mine.

thepostman wrote:Coastal is over rated there is no doubt but the constant focus on that on this board by some is getting old. We play them the last week of the season. That's when I'll start caring.
Our fans are obsessed. We have an inferiority complex.
I believe that is called a VERY broad brush of a personal opinion that cannot be substantiated.

I was actually going to post about that and you beat me to it. As of now, that W over Western IL is looking like Coastal´s most impressive regular season result in at least 2 years.

Our fans can't celebrate something we do without taking a shot at Coastal. That's an inferiority complex.
Taking shots at a rival is part of what fans do. College presidents and and athletic directors are normally held to a higher standard.

Yeah it's sort of par for the course when it comes to rivalries in sports. Fans love to talk trash about other teams, etc. I don't think it's an inferiority complex as much as it is a "I don't like that other team so I'll take digs at them when I get a chance" complex.
