Actually, I think it was the old Spectrum in Philadelphia where it once rained in the dome. What happened was there were somekind of expansion holes in the ceiling that started dripping when they didn't clear snow off from the roof.

That's the only time I've ever heard of it...so I'd put it at .00001 percent!!
