Sweat's right. usually the Final Four is where you have tons of networking and if you have a potential candidate on staff at a team currently playing, you cant talk to them at all until at least the conclusion of their season.

Had this conversation earlier this week. It's only a 45 minute flight or so. Barber could fly back tonight, meet with Layer and the team tomorrow, and get back for the women's game pretty easily.

If we're gonna make the change, having the extra days will help.
