Flamepop, agree with all other than one item. Blocking the ball is all about technique and want to. During the season you improve on handling pitchers and building your arm strength more than blocking the ball. Sure it gets better just like Danny did last year. The improvements for him last year were more about learning the pitchers and acclimating with their deliveries. I know we're basically talking about the same thing. Totally agree about Toman coaching up the catchers. I don't think it will be a problem by mid-year but we don't have the luxury to wait that long. Our best defensive team is with Alex at 1b no question. AY doesn't scoop the ball like Alex does. Some combo of Becker and Walker behind the plate would be best IMHO, at least right now. Glad we rebounded and beat ECU. That's always a solid win. If we would have won UNCG we'd be right where we should be right now.

Precisely...I would say Cider is a grammar nazi...but he teaches English so he gets paid for to point those out.

The video for the season that was shared was sweet. Got me fired up for the home games. The bat break is kind of cheesy but overall well done. That bomb from yacyk against duke is just insane.
